The Paper

You are a news writer for a publication that records the events, culture, and achievements of the ancient civilizations of the Americas.  You are to write an article, a classified advertisement and possibly a cartoon or commercial advertisement, if you are up to the challenge.

You will be assigned a topic to cover regarding each major ancient civilization of the Americas; Mayas, Aztecs, Incas.

The paper will be named according to anonymous suggestions added to a box.  The best or most frequent ideas will be voted on to be the title of the paper.

After gathering information from careful research and summarizing, you will undertake the task of writing your article.  After you are finished writing, you will submit your article to the section editor to be evaluated for content and grammar.  Then each section editor will submit their gathered articles to the editor in chief for the final cut.  Finally, you will word-process your article
